Friendly staff overall, but it has always taken multiple phone calls to arrange something as simple as an oil change. They take longer to do any service work than the estimate given and I would prefer to go elsewhere, but every other Fiat service location within an hour of my home has closed, leaving me with this sub-par option. I have been transferred into oblivion, put on hold for 20+ minutes, and been promised to be called back but never hear anything again. Nice people but the follow through is lacking. Once my warranty expires, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
